These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Olsbox, a graphical statistical analysis application ("Olsbox" or the "Service") provided by Aaltilis Systems LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming, USA ("Aaltilis", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using Olsbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Olsbox.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Olsbox. By using Olsbox, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Olsbox is a browser-based statistical analysis application. It is offered in two tiers:
(1) A free tier, accessible without registration, with full feature access subject to a 200-row dataset limit.
(2) A paid tier, accessible after purchase of a license, or after redemption of a valid license key issued by us, which removes the dataset row limit.
We reserve the right to modify the features, functionality, limits, composition, form, and delivery of the free tier and the paid tier at any time, including by adding, removing, changing, or reallocating features between tiers. Such changes may apply to existing license holders.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees or redemption of a valid license key, Aaltilis grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Olsbox for your statistical analysis purposes.
The paid license is granted to a single individual user. You may access Olsbox from multiple devices that you personally own or control. You may not:
(a) share, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your license, account, or login credentials to any other person;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the proprietary components of Olsbox, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
(c) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in Olsbox.
The paid license is valid for so long as we continue to make Olsbox available. We do not guarantee its availability for any specific duration.
You may use the free tier without an account. To purchase a license, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The paid license is offered as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at the Stripe checkout page.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason, by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive your request.
After 14 days, all sales are final, except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to:
(a) use Olsbox for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
(b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Olsbox, its servers, or any related systems;
(c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Olsbox;
(d) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any license restrictions, including the free tier dataset limit.
Olsbox and all associated software, content, designs, and trademarks are the property of Aaltilis Systems LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in Aaltilis's intellectual property except as expressly stated.
Any data, datasets, or analyses you create or process using Olsbox remain your property. Olsbox does not transmit your datasets or analysis results to our servers; they are stored locally on your device.
You may stop using Olsbox at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to Olsbox at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use Olsbox ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including those concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
OLSBOX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AALTILIS SYSTEMS LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR THAT OLSBOX WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AALTILIS SYSTEMS LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OLSBOX, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT AALTILIS SYSTEMS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aaltilis Systems LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of Olsbox, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date revised. Your continued use of Olsbox after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Olsbox shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Notwithstanding the foregoing:
(a) Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in their own jurisdiction for disputes that qualify under that court's jurisdictional limits.
(b) If you reside in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose consumer protection laws grant you mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain available to you regardless of the forum selection above. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aaltilis Systems LLC regarding your use of Olsbox. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
